Clients often feel pressure to have something prepared for each session. No need to prepare before hand! Those sessions can be some of the most transformative.

Therapy addresses clinical needs and mental health concerns by exploring past experiences, including trauma, that contribute to current symptoms. It treats clinical diagnoses such as depression and anxiety and is often reimbursable through a client’s insurance. Coaching, on the other hand, is present day and forward-focused. Coaching is centered on personal growth and accomplishing goals without diagnosing or treating a mental illness. Coaching is not covered by insurance.
