CHANGE STARTS WHEN YOU ARE COMMITTED TO YOUR HEALING JOURNEY

Welcome!

A licensed Psychotherapist in Southern California and a Stepmom Coach serving clients worldwide. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and major life transitions through evidence-based therapy and compassionate support. As a Stepmom myself, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my work with Stepmoms, Stepcouples, and blended families, helping them manage the emotional challenges of stepfamily life, strengthen relationships, and build healthier family dynamics.

I have grown up in Southern California and received my bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development at California State University Northridge in 2013 before continuing my studies in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern California where I graduated from with my masters degree in 2015. From there I worked in various community and clinical settings where I gained experience workings with individuals and families. My personal experience as both a Stepdaughter and Stepmom, has led me to understand the complexities that come along with Stepfamily life and help inform my work with other Stepmom’s as they navigate through their journey of blended family life.

When I’m not helping individuals and stepmoms on their journey through deeper understanding and change, you can find me outside going for long walks, spending time with my husband drinking coffee or trying a new restaurant, cheering my stepkids on in their activities, or cooking.
