Therapy and Coaching for Stepmoms, Stepfamilies, and Stepcouples
Embrace Your Role, Overcome Challenges, and Create Harmony In Stepfamily Life
Work with a therapist who has studied blended family life and lived it too.
This Isn't Generic Family Support. It's Built for Exactly What You're Navigating.
Maybe you're a stepmom feeling like an outsider in your own home. Maybe your family is figuring out how two households become one. Maybe you and your partner have started feeling more like co-managers than a couple. Whatever it is, you're not getting a general therapist's best guess. You're getting support built around this specific dynamic.
Hi, I'm Lilly Gibson, LMFT
(#107008)
I'm a psychotherapist and stepmom coach based in Southern California, and a stepmother myself. Before opening my private practice in 2019, I worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions in schools and community mental health settings. Today, my work is focused specifically on stepfamily life, because it's the area I understand both as a mental health professional and from my own lived experience.
